An overview of the family-friendly amenities this resort has to offer.

Why Choose Baha Mar?
If you're looking for a Caribbean resort with high-end amenities and plenty of on-site activities for kids, this is the place for you.
On-site Convenience: A few Baha Mar features include multiple restaurants, pool types, water activities, animal encounters, and a pristine beach all on-site. This resort is like it's own community, with no need to leave the premises. If you have small children, not having to arrange car seats is a notable convenience, as there are plenty of excellent food options and activities available for all ages. Check out restaurant recommendations for kids here.
Multiple Hotel Options: Baha Mar is comprised of three hotels; SLS, Rosewood, and the Grand Hyatt. From luxury suites, to private pool access, each hotel has amenities worth exploring. For a quieter, more luxurious stay I'd recommend Rosewood. For a more family-friendly feel, we love staying at the Grand Hyatt. It's centrally located, and you can book connecting rooms for larger families. And a bonus for Hyatt guests- it's bookable using points! (See our favorite travel credit card here. These points transfer to Hyatt and can offset the cost of your stay.)
Unique Experiences: The Wildlife Sanctuary is a wonderful experience and includes activities for all ages. Book experiences ahead of time or within the Baha Mar app. Our family enjoyed the Wildlife feeding and Touch-a-Tank (video). It was a highlight of the trip for my boys!
While many of these are paid activities, you can also find so many free kid-friendly things like visiting the flamingos in Flamingo Cay, participating in the Quest Treasure Hunt, kayaking or paddleboarding, or joining Dive in Movie Nights. I highly recommend downloading the weekly Family Activity calendar at the beginning of your stay. Read more about the kid-friendly experiences we participated in here.

Waterpark for All Ages: Baha Bay is the waterpark at Baha Mar included in your hotel stay! (Wristbands are given at check-in.) See my full waterpark breakdown here, but the cleanliness, slide access for younger children, lifeguards, lazy river, and location make it a 10/10 for our family. (Turtle Beach Waterpark Video)

Easy Transportation: This resort is less than 15 mins away from the Nassau Airport and roundtrip transportation can be arranged by the hotel. You can also book transportation online using
